Digifarm is a Norwegian deep-tech AgTech startup we have worked with since 2019. We started as their initial development team, augmenting their CTO, whose expertise is in GIS and satellite imaging.
At the beginning, the work was about turning a strong technical insight into a dependable product. We helped streamline Digifarm’s core offering, then built the platform, APIs, and data processing systems needed to support it.
As the product matured, we focused heavily on operational stability. That included significant optimization across their AWS infrastructure, improving how the platform used cloud resources and reducing avoidable costs.
Once Digifarm reached a stable stage, our role shifted. We supported them in hiring their internal team while continuing to contribute in leadership roles, helping the company keep technical momentum as ownership moved in-house.
Digifarm has since been acquired. It has been great to see them grow from a two-person team into the company they are today.
