Their insight is that users are increasingly turning to AI for real estate discovery instead of traditional search. The problem is that most real estate data is not structured or accessible in a way LLMs can reliably use.
We helped Schutle build their MVP and validate it with customers. That early product work gave the team a clearer path from concept to real-world use.
Today, we are continuing to work with Schutle on custom AI agents that can make real estate data easier to search, understand, and act on.
